or maintenance services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Booking

  • Customers must provide accurate contact details and address for service appointments.
  • Booking confirmations are subject to technician availability.
  • We reserve the right to accept or reject any service request.

2. Service Charges

  • Inspection charges apply and are non-refundable.
  • Final service charges depend on appliance condition, spare parts, and labor costs.
  • Prices may vary based on location and availability of parts.

3. Warranty & Guarantee

  • We provide a minimum service guarantee on repairs (terms vary by service).
  • Guarantee does not apply to misuse, physical damage, water damage, or unauthorized repairs.
  • Original manufacturer warranty remains the responsibility of the brand/company.

4. Spare Parts

  • We use genuine or high-quality compatible spare parts based on customer choice.
  • Spare part warranty is provided only if applicable from the supplier.

5. Payments

  • All payments must be made after service completion unless agreed otherwise.
  • We accept UPI, Cash, and Bank Transfer.
  • No refunds after successful service delivery.

6. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Customers must inform us at least 2 hours before the appointment for cancellation.
  • Cancellation after technician arrival will incur inspection charges.
  • Rescheduling is allowed based on technician availability.

7. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure safe access to the appliance and work area.
  • Provide accurate information about appliance issues.
  • Keep valuable items secure; we are not responsible for loss/damage unrelated to service.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing issues in appliances.
  • We are not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or delays due to unavoidable circumstances.
  • Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

9. Service Coverage

Customer Care Zone operates in selected locations across India.
Service availability may vary depending on technician presence and workload.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions anytime. All updates will be posted on this page with a new revision date.
